the players are now level 16, and we’re stepping into the final quarter of the campaign where things really ramp up. We’ve taken a 2 week IRL break, and in-game we’re going to have a month time skip as they prepare for what’s next! High-level D&D is definitely a challenge. Balancing encounters, giving out rewards, managing the stakes, and delivering on a thousand promises and tying off loose ends. But, what a campaign it's been!

Have you any good tips for balancing encounters at higher levels? Never make it just another "make monster hit points go down" fight because Players at that level can do that REMARKABLY well.
