soooooooooo how close of a relationship do you think il-lashtavar has to lovecraft’s nyarlathotep? Of all the great old ones, i feel like the Dreaming darkness is most akin to that one. In some ways I see il-Lashtavar as being more like Azathoth; it is the core of Dal Quor, and shapes it with its dream. The Devourer of Dreams would be closer to Nyarlathotep, as a being who moves in the world and acts for il-Lashtavar.
