Tell them to find another game?
How do you think is the best way to deal with a player who just won’t listen when you are dming? In all seriousness, if a player isn’t respecting the work you are putting into running your game, then talk to them about it. If they continue to be a problem, maybe this isn’t the table for them.

I’ve had to do this recently.
Between talking over other players, shouting over other players during their turns, and having this person arrive at games clearly intoxicated (and maintaining said intoxication), we had to part ways with them.
I truly hope they manage to find a fit for their gaming needs since my table and I were neither meeting them nor were we interested in doing so.
The awkwardness of asking them to no longer show up for future sessions far out-weighed the immense discomfort of everyone else at the table. As a DM, you’re essentially the facilitator of everyone’s fun at the table. If someone isn’t having fun and you know the reason why, its up to you to address and correct it.
