@rgroenin i wonder. The backgrounds of the characters. Who much do the players flesh out and how much do you do and they role with it? They wrote about a page of backstory, and I fleshed it out from there. Put in surprises for em. 😉

@TomasneedsagunWhat do you mean with ‘Put surprises in for ’em’? What did you add, and how did you add it without meddling with their ideas? Folks don't know everything about everyone they've ever met, or every place they've ever been..nor should PCs. Surprises. 😉
