Hi! I want to run a Shadows of the Last War game in 5e, I had 2 questions:
1) How much Dragonmarked people are there? Does everyone in a House manifest marks? What percentage does? How many outside the houses?
2) (How) do you convert the 3.5e skill check dc’s to 5e? You must have a blood tie to a Dragonmarked house to manifest a mark, so they’re quite rare outside the houses. If both parents are marked, a child has a 50% chance of developing a Dragonmark.— Keith Baker (@HellcowKeith) January 23, 2020
