DMs and GMs how often do you let your PCs create their romantic interests rather than random romance with an NPC? Do you narrate the interactions or give them the reigns? Do you ever talk through with them what they’d want to seek out of it? I've had conversations with players where they've approached me and said "hey, I think it would be cool if my character fell in love with this NPC," and we went forward with that.

Also plenty of organic romances that happen from moments in play, and all of that Session Zero'd.
