@TheEdVerse Hey Ed, quick question as this came up recently in a conversation that I had. Like which magic tier would you describe your home Realms. By that I mean would you describe it as: Low fantasy, med Fantasy, or High fantasy (like Eberron I guess).

If you equate Low Fantasy as Swords & Sorcery, or “lunchbucket fantasy” or “warriors for the working day” (a la Fafhrd & the Mouser) then that’s the Realms, SO LONG AS the Dying Earth is also “Low” in your judgment. Trouble is, LOTR is High Fantasy, and the… 2)
…Realms also deals with the great sweep of cultures and their clashes.
Moreover, some people equate LowFantasy with Grimdark.
