Just because others are doing what you’re doing doesn’t mean you can’t be successful, but know that hinging your happiness on “success” may be a recipe for misery.

Redefine your goals. Want to learn how to produce? Make memories with friends? Do it for you, not for other people. There were a LOT of other designers when I started on the DMs Guild.

My goals going into it?

1. Make a product that I would actually use at my own D&D table.
2. Break even on project costs.
