If a College of Swords bard has Extra Attack, do they get the +10 to movement from each attack?

@JeremyECrawford @mikemearls If a college of swords bard has Extra Attack, do they get the +10 to movement from each attack? What if they had a hasted attack from Haste would it stack?

You gain the extra movement of Blade Flourish when you take the Attack action. It has nothing to do with the number of attacks that action contains. #DnD https://t.co/72vXOFZvdP
