@Timothhyhey, I was wondering if a creature is hit with two rays of frost during the same turn does the moment debuff stack? #D&D yes, they would stack.

@BrailSays @mikemearls @TimothhyDoesnt PHB say same spell doesnt stack with itself? The same spell doesn't stack with itself.
