If Druid casts Guardian of Nature on himself and then wild shape, the effects of the spell carry on to the Wild Shape?

@mikemearls @SageAdviceDnD HI! Question, if my Lvl 7 Druid casts Guardian of Nature (Primal Beast) On himself and then proceeds to go wild shape, the effects of the spell carry on to the Wild Shape???

Using Wild Shape doesn't interrupt your concentration on a spell, so yes, guardian of nature is not stopped by Wild Shape.
