I’m interested I the contagion changes… On one hand it makes the spell do something right away!

…On the other, it now makes it so poisoned immune creatures are immune the spell now as well. Both things are intentional.

Understandable, but wouldn’t that affect its usability as a 5th level spell? There are plenty of potential targets that aren’t immune to poison/disease.
