if I were trying to create a game based around a thieves guild, do you know of any resources that might help? The group patron option from Eberron: Rising From the Last War would be a fun read.
There was a 2e supplement called Den of Thieves available as pdf and softcover on DriveThruRPG, mechanics won't help but could be plenty of story/flavor/locations/NPCs to mine.
