In Chapter 3 of Rising From the Last War there is this interesting art that shows what look like Screens? Does this imply a magic TV via a Sivis Network of Dragon Shards or are these just monochrome billboards? Are they animated/make sound like a Major image? We've always had the idea of crystal theaters, which use scrying to show live entertainment. But I think that's an animated billboard using illusory images.
