Is it a coincidence that the Dragon Above (Siberys), The Dragon Between (Eberron), and the Dragon Below (Khyber) all have “ber” in their name? Nope! It means “Dragon.” Their names are “The Dragon Above,” “The Dragon Below,” and “The Dragon Between.”
