is it just me or do the books not say exactly what a square spell effect is? Evard’s Tentacles is 20ft square. Is that 4 squares (2×2) on a grid or 16 squares (4×4)? Each square is 5ft It means a square that is 20 feet long on each side. 4×4 if using a 5-foot grid.
