Whoa. “Pretty much any spell” is a WIDE phrase. Remember, everyone tinkers with existing spells, makes up their own new ones, and often jealously guards their secrets. However, I’d say Candlekeep has the best library; if you find an arcane spell in a 5e official… 2)
…lorebook, it's probably SOMEWHERE in a tome or scroll at the Keep.
