@JeremyECrawford Is the artificer meant to be able to take a second attack with magic crossbow without the Crossbow Expert feat RAI? Was "propel" just flavor text or implied it could bypass loading?

The Arcane Armament feature doesn't suppress/remove the loading property on a weapon.

In D&D, a thing has a weapon property only if a rule says it does. And a rule removes/suppresses a weapon property only if the rule explicitly does so. #DnD https://t.co/KdTKz4amF5
