Is the intent that wearing armor without proficiency makes all weapon attacks suffer disadvantage? I ask because technically you can get around it with Hex Warrior but I wonder if that goes against the RAI. The proficiency rule intentionally affects only attack rolls that use Str. or Dex. Hex Warrior is tricksy and bypasses that bit.
