not sure if yuo would know, but is the plane of fire the same for each campaign setting? or they have their own version of it?…of them (where they interface with different settings) can vary.

If you mean all TSR/WotC settings, it's the same plane in each. Elemental planes are theoretically infinite in size, and various "edges"…
