is there a good, gentle, way to handle a player that seems to take it personally when bad things happen to their character? It tends to suck the life out of the room whenever it happens… #DnD Perhaps treating them to lunch and just talk with them about it. Present discussion on why it bothers them so. Present how it’s affecting the game for others. See if you can find a middle ground. 😉
