Essentially, yes. Lady Illmarrow is a known quantity and infamous figure, like Mordain the Fleshweaver. This also clarifies the Blood of Vol. Lady Illmarrow may be behind the recent actions of the Emerald Claw, but the faith of the Blood of Vol isn’t about her.
