@ChrisPerkinsDnD and all of #DnD I need to know something: my party has a Goliath and a halfling so obviously they wish to do the fastball special. How do we handle this

Improvised weapons are discussed in the D&D core rules, and thrown halflings could qualify as such. (Just make sure the halfling puts on a helmet. Safety first!) #wotcstaff https://t.co/k6gIEgEMfo

I think Wizards did it back in 3.5. LOL. There was a feat called Fling ally on a book called Races of Stone. (Material shown for illustration purposes. No infringement intended. Plz Don’t sue me).Try to check the mechanics and see if you could integrate em on ur campaign. Cheers! pic.twitter.com/n0shOjX6B7

I did something similar but i found a bug then as the bug left my hand our cleric cast an enlarge spell on the bug.
Improvised weapons have a range of 5′
Without feats weapons cannot be used beyond 3x their range
2 feats are required to not provoke an attack of opportunity when throwing an improvised weapon, one for using an improvised weapon and another for using a ranged weapon
Weapons take damage equal to the damage they deal if it exceeds their hardness
A character’s hardness is equal to their physical damage reduction
