Well, that’s the thing about the Borders: many adventurers go there, conquer a few pastures and woodlots, and found “the Grand Duchy of Mine” and so on, so the BK are an everchanging hodgepodge of vestpocket realms. The Spellplague and Sundering slowed such. 2)
