we’re currently converting some chars from a german rpg called midgard(1/3)and one of the pcs got dragon skin that reduced damage after bathing in the blood of a lindworm, just like siegfried did in the tale (2/3)

I'd run it as damage reduction – reduce each hit by 3 points; BTW that is a pretty awesome thing to have in your campaign how would you handle stuff like that in 5e? what natural ac would you give him and how would you handle the reduced damage? (3/3)
