@CHoffosQuestion does is there any details on Ability damage and recovering from it we should know for stuff like the Int Devourer. Greater restoration restores it.

Action surge
Action Surge doesn't place any limits on what you do with the bonus actions, but it doesn't negate any limits imposed by other things.

Can spell only be held until start of my next turn?
@wachunga Ready: can spell only be held until start of my next turn? If trigger never happens or is ignored, is the spell slot used? As a DM, I would allow the caster to use his or her action on a subsequent turn to keep the spell ready.

I want more berries!
@Plaguescarred @mikemearlsAnd could you eat more than one berry with the same action even if It says one berry and it nourrish you? The intent for the spell is only one berry per action.

Large creature Grappled
@wachunga How to treat third bullet of Grappler feat? Refers to old grapple rules. Just ignore or should something else be there? I'd ignore the third bullet, except in a case where a larger creature has a special trait that lets it automatically break out.

If a rogue sneak attacks, and before he goes again gets an attack from fighter’s Commander’s Strike…
@DorianHartIf a rogue sneak attacks, and before he goes again gets an attack from fighter’s Commander’s Strike, can he sneak attack again? believe sneak attack is usable only on the rogue's turn
— Mike Mearls (@mikemearls) September 12, 2014
@DorianHart @KevinKulpRight! I’d believe the intent was to limit it to 1/round, but the RAW currently say 1/turn. Sneaky fun either way! pinned down by cat…can't reach PHB… But 1/turn would make it usable w/off turn attacks
— Mike Mearls (@mikemearls) September 12, 2014
@DorianHart @KevinKulp intent would be to avoid stacking with multiple attacks via multi classing

Flanking is not in the rules but 8 creatures that sourround one could have advantage?
@zolt4rFlanking is not in the rules (better!) but 8 creatures that sourround one could have adv? Maybe more than 3 creatures vs 1? As DM, you could certainly make such a rule, but you're going to have to roll more d20s than normal!
