I don’t blame you not seeing them the same way. Lay on Hands and Healing Hands are definitely supernatural, whereas Second Wind is not (at least in general).
Even if they’re not considered magic by the game’s rules (they aren’t).They're part of that wondrous, extraordinary "background magic" that is the law of physics of the D&D multiverse, rather than an overt manipulation of magic such as you'd get out of a spell or magic item.
