This video doesn’t cover my type of problem player. My problem is having a super shy, insecure, intimidated player. (And this isn’t their first game!) Anyone have a good video on how to handle that kind of player? That I wouldn’t signify as a “problem” player, just a shy one. You could separately ask for the other players’ aid in supporting said player, offering moments in the game that their character can shine in, and talk with them in case there is a source of their reticence in game.
