And about Magic Missile, is it one d4 roll for all missiles, or a d4 roll for each? Jeremy has answered this one: As written roll 1d4 + 1, multiply by number of missiles hitting the target.

In practice, if you prefer to roll each missile's damage separately, that's completely fine.
