Question about Q’Barra, as I’m starting a campaign there… Q’Barra is recognized as a nation thanks to the treaty, but how was that set? Was the entire region given to king sebastes and Newthrone as a nation? Correct. The treaty recognizes Sebastes as the ruler of "Q'barra" but in PRACTICE his authority only extends throughout New Galifar.
