@TheEdVerseQuestion about deities, i want to do a family tree of sorts for the gods of my world, but I am lost on where to start, do i (1) start, with my end goal or from the start and see where i end up? also how do you set up deities? (2)

@Kensyi42 Set em up differently depending on end goal: do you want lots, or just a few? "Portfolio" is the way to start for roleplaying..1/3

@Kensyi42 …purposes, for me. I'd do rough deities (name, appearance, portfolio) first, then look at what you've got and try to formulate..

@Kensyi42 ..a believeable family tree, then tinker with deity details to make it plausible. Don't forget mortals may not know deity truths!
