What is your advice on changing the concentration mechanic in 5e? Should it be left alone? @MtS_DesignerMy players are interpreting that they can use their Reaction (without some event trigger, like AoO) to fire the crossbow. @DnDMontreal how does increasing or decreasing the starting HP of a monster effect their CR?
