The Echo Knight’s echo, does it count as a creature for the purpose of optional flanking rules and as a target to spells and attacks? If you're an Echo Knight in D&D, the magical echo you create is an image of yourself that occupies its space. It isn't a creature.

So how does a creature target the echo for an attack then? The rules say "Pick a target within your attack's range: a creature, an object, or a location." Would you have to rule that you are targeting the location of the echo? That seems kind of wonky

An Echo Knight's echo is an object. It's a translucent, gray image that occupies space; it isn't a creature; and it can be targeted. Object.

In the pdf for the updated blood hunter when it talks about mutagens for the order of the mutant the celerity mutagen says you’re dexterity score and score maximum increases by 4 at level 11 is that you’re over all level or is that meaning blood hunter level? It is intended to mean Blood Hunter level, so may have to clarify that!

A great clarification by @JeremyECrawford here. Dunamancy is an umbrella “source” of magic, not an entirely new school of magic. The spells fit within existing schools, and the Dunamis-specific spell flavor text was toned down to help them fit into any setting beyond Wildemount! Dunamancy is a prominent narrative theme for this magic within my world, and can be carried into others. Outside of the subclasses that have access to them, it’s up to the DM to grant these spells as rewards, player goals, or just incorporate them overall!

How much work do you do in between sessions preparing your players for the following sessions. Do you prepare them less than you did for Campaign 1? I’ve been devouring campaign 1 about 12-16 hours every day for a few weeks now, and it seems like you aided them. None! We don’t talk about future story elements much between sessions unless the player is asking for clarification on something current, or is asking about potential paths their character is contemplating. We enjoy the mystery and excitement of not knowing what’s going to happen

Its all good! I don't prepare them for any narrative elements. If they ask about possible paths (like Vax talking about his deal with the Raven queen), I might mention the loose possibilities and leave the choice up to him. Travis will even jokingly ask questions to slip me up.

If the players are looking to multiclass down the road, they might mention that intent to me & I can try to lean narrative opportunities into the game to help tie their intent to what’s happening. Sometimes I hint at multiclass opportunities within the story, & its up to them. It's much of the standard "Player/DM" musing and conversations that happens between sessions, but I am adamant about keeping the future of the story a mystery, both for the sake of our fun, and because their choices can change it all at the drop of a hat.
