Kaeth is one of the Realms words for coffee, so a “coffee house” venue.
In the Upper City, there are half a dozen clubs at which bards and minstrels regularly perform, but no colleges. A handful of old, retired bards.. 2)

So, there is no specific god of the cuisine and the role defaults to the gods of agriculture and/or the family (like, Berronar would have this role in the dwarven pantheon). Am I right? Yes–and no. Chauntea claims dominion over cuisine, it's not a "default."
In non-human pantheons, the deity most closely associated with food (and/or drink; for the dwarves: drink) takes the role. Not everything has a portfolio, that's not how I designed them for FR.#Realmslore

Hi Ed! Were there factions with the Lords of Waterdeep? i.e., Mirt had his fellow lords hein would most rely on, Khelban his, Piergeiron his, etc.? Yes, in the sense of groups of friends and allies a particular Lord would most rely on. However, this didn't always translate into reliable voting blocs, so the Lords still "worked" as a government and not a battlefield.#Realmslore

a friend of mine who’s not on Twitter wanted me to ask your opinion on something.
So one of the games introduce a small Gondsmen device that flies around you and rams into enemies – called a “doohickey.” My friend wonders, what would Gondsmen ACTUALLY call this?That's easy: a Fist of Gond.
In the "home" Realms campaign, clerics of Gond hurled caltrops like (non-explosive) stick grenades [a la wooden-handled German-issue "potato mashers"], and that's what they were called.
