This ruling is in conflict to another you gave me previously regarding Aid cast at higher levels. Aid also says “a target” but you clarified that the higher-level bonus effects each target. So the text will not always say when something will work against multiple targets. My tweet about Power Surge is only about Power Surge.

@JeremyECrawford Can an air elemental or or other creature with only a flying speed swim? Is it only land speed that can be used to swim with each foot costing an extra foot of movement, or can any type of movement speed be used to swim?

Is the Arcane Trickster’s Magical Ambush intended to be used with spells that have a V component, or does speaking the mystic words give you away before you can benefit from the feature?The intent is that you benefit from being hidden but then reveal your position.

Strength Before Death + Fighting Spirit. Strength Before Death says you fall unconscious if you have 0 hp when it ends & the rule on temp hp in the PH says what happens with 0 hp.

@JeremyECrawford Looking for a rule clarification: can a Divine Soul Sorcerer use any scroll that has a cleric spell on it or only the cleric spells they took? Whatever the answer, does this also apply to a Lore College Bard thanks to Magical Secrets?
