Haste "when the spell ENDS (dispelled?) the target can't move ou take actions." If I cast Dispell Magic on him, can He move or take actions?

@JeremyECrawford PHB 182 Climbing Swimming Crawling section doesn't mention crawling in text. Is it same speed reduction as swim & climb?

@LexStarwalker Would be helpful to clarify in errata. Crawling is in header on 182, but isn’t discussed in the text beneath. We'll definitely fix that.
