Are lizardfolk bites able to be finesse weapons or are they intended to be strength only?The bite is not a finesse weapon. If it was, its description would let you know.

I mean, it says weapon right in the description. In addition in a previous question Mike said that if he remembered correctly, claws and bites are treated as weapons.

thinking about a more lion-like catfolk/ rakasta for a character instead of leopard/ jaguar. Thoughts on using the tabaxi as is or making changes? Is the intent to cover a wide “cat” spread?
Tabaxi are really aimed at agility/springy sort of cats, so a rakasta would be a different design IMO. Str-based, for a start

So, it’s about the connection, not the patron/diety? An entity could have both warlocks (arcane connection) and clerics (divine connection) in service to them? Yes, that's possible.

Where did you guys get the idea for the name “Tabaxi”? I think it’s a great name! I’m trying to create a wolf humanoid race and want some inspiration for a cool name. Thank you for your amazing work! Alas, it’s a name we inherited from Fiend Folio, a D&D book published back in 1981. Not familiar with where the name came from.
