How deep a hole can you actually dig with Mold Earth, before having to start playing Dirt Tetris? If its cast on one spot, then cast again on the bottom of the resulting hole, does it still excavate up to the surface?it would, but then might fall back – spell specifies dirt only moves 5 feet, so it would rise to the top of the first cube and then fall. Would have to dig out a broader pit to go deep.

He specifically referring to the suggested guidelines for organized play chapter. Yeah, the guidelines like 1 exp per hour of play; 4 exp per level up to 5; 8 exp per level 5 to 20. Did I hear that @Onnatryx wrote that chapter?

I know you’ve probably answered this before, but where do you get your character names from? Looking for a good place for multiple races. Working on my campaign and names are coming up blank……Researching historical figures in different cultures and mixing. Xanathar’s Guide has a whole section on names!

Hi Mike. In XGE encounter buildings says a 5th-level character is equal to 12 CR1/8 enemies.
Does it means that one character can defeat all of them alone?
Also, it would be balanced if we expand this range? Like 1:24 at future levels?

Greetings, I love this book.It’s a rough approximation, but yes, one character should be able to defeat them. However, those scenarios can be tricky. Solo characters can get in trouble if they have some poor luck. It should be balanced at 1:24 at higher levels, but gets slow.

hey Mike. Question for my Bard player. Is it intentional for Power Word Pain to not be on their spell list?
