Hey Dan!

The Astral Arms aren’t expressly melee weapon attacks. Monk Weapons, yes, but not melee weapon.

This means it doesn’t work with Stunning Strike.

Is this intentional?

They’re totes melee weapons, will make sure that is explicit

Negative. Flurry are unarmed strikes only which the arms are not, they are weapons.

Thus the bonus action attacks bullet.
