@mikemearls @drgnlegend31If you ram the sphere into a creature, that creature must make the saving throw against the sphere’s damage Is that what you mean by state otherwise?

@drgnlegend31 @GawkerMademe1 @Mazoshi1987I say you use your normal DC the player believes DC equals the damage roll. use the save DC. "Save vs. damage" refers to making a normal save to resist dmg #wotcstaff
