There are multiple references in WGtE to getting a Lesser Restoration from House Jorasco, but the mark doesn’t grant that spell. The greater mark gives Greater Restoration though. What gives? Good question: I’ll add it to the FAQ when I have a moment. Many of the primary services of the houses – Sivis communication, Lurandar transport, Jorasco healing – are performed using dragonmark focus items (see chapter 5 of the WGtE).

The mark is required to use the focus item. Lyrandar’s mark doesn’t grant flight; the airship does that. Ditto for a Jorasco altar of healing.

Is the full description of the altar of healing in a different book? I may add it into the WGtE, since it provides a common service. But the list of Dragonmark Focus items in the WGtE is just a sampling; it presents the idea of focus items, but it’s not comprehensive.
