There is no wrong way to play D&D.

Just because YOU like to play a certain way doesn't entitle you to criticize or be hateful toward someone who does it differently. Full stop.

Yeah, I’ve heard the stories but I’ve never witnessed the behavior, and it feels so outrageously out of place that it feels like the stories boarder on parody. I've personally seen several examples of this behavior, both at my old game store and online. It also most recently happened to one of the EXU players.

I'm glad you haven't witnessed it, but that doesn't mean folks are making this up! BIPOC folks especially know this sting.
