Thoughts on using passive skills in #dnd?
We’ve started using a range of skills as having a passive score and it seems to work well. Only those that the player is proficient in though. Passive Insight is an absolute go-to in my games.— Dan Dillon (@Dan_Dillon_1) August 9, 2021
I think that and Passive Investigation are absolute musts. I mean, you walk in and see a headless body nailed to a wall, it doesn’t take a detective to go “Yup, that’s murder.” I have an Inquisitive rogue in the game I'm running, so, yeah. Passive Investigation get's a lot of "Bonus exposition time" 😂
