Tips for combat with large numbers of npcs? Including my players, there’s about 20 people on the field (not counting enemies). Any advice for keeping the pace and running an encounter of this scale? 20 people might benefit from some simplification of rules! Either static damage (Longswords always deal 5 + Str, etc) or rolling damage WITH the attack roll. Also, enemies with custom AOE attacks, higher damage per hit (due to less actions), and legendary actions.
