I would like to see new novels about the Forgotten Realms and D&D. Who is in?#dnd To whom could fans express their wish for new novels though? Who decides about new novel lines @TheEdVerse might know whom to ask, if I kindly might ask the Archmage himself?

I honestly don't know. It would be a high-level decision, so…Mike Mearls or higher. My understanding is that new novels can happen whenever an outside third-party publisher makes a licensing proposal Wizards accepts (e.g. HarperCollins, for Bob's current trilogy).
