@JeremyECrawford for the feat tough does it mean if you gain 10 hp that level you get 20, or if you are 2nd level you gain 4 more?

When you take Tough, you gain twice your level in hp. For example, you gain 8 hp if you take it at 4th level. #DnD https://t.co/hvPn9xjRAI
