Think it should give both – @DnD_AdvLeague can helpIt'd be a jerk move to trade an amulet with no Shield Guardian. If the guardian was destroyed the amulet is useless.

They're only tradeable with the cert, since it provides a rarity.

Cert says, requires attunement. Only revivify works to bring it back. Healing Hands works like other healing spells as long as not dead.
