Worth noting if I am reading correctly:
Warforged can’t suffer exhaust so they can Frenzy without penalty.
Also, IIRC Heavy Plating Core doesn’t effect Fast Movement as it is integrated.
Maybe @HellcowKeith can confirm if my interpretation is correct. The Wayfinder's Warforged "don’t suffer the effects of exhaustion DUE TO LACK OF REST." So they suffer no penalty for going indefinitely without sleep. But this has no impact on other things that cause exhaustion, such as Frenzy.
