What are some sacred #DnD rules (like alignment, ability scores, etc.) that you think could use some updating? #RPG #TRPG #TTRPG

I’d also love to see some quick character generation rules so players could sit down at a table and generate a ready-to-play character from scratch (or close to it) in five minutes. Like the Dungeon World character sheets where you select your race after picking your class. #dnd So you'd what to see something like a peripheral product? Quick-gen sheets?
Or would adding a race suggestion to every class' existing Quick Build section cover it?

They’re already there! Each class description begins with three example paragraphs and one of them is usually the perfect racial choice. Rogue has Halfling, Druid had Wood Elf, etc. Sure, but that's not specified in the quick build. I know if you read the class writeups it pretty much tells you race, background, proficiencies and starting spells, so I'm trying to figure out what Sly was looking for beyond that.
