@AdamB_PC @Wizards_DnDHere’s a question for @Wizards_DnD or @mikemearls. What do you do about #CurseOfStrahd PCs who die? More PCs conveniently wander in? I'd do that, or let them play locals who have souls and are inspired to join the PCs.
